We also have in place a CCTV system which monitors our premises which will include CCTV footage of all customers and visitors to our workshop and all customer vehicles stored.

In order to support the prevention and detection of crime, A2 Tyre Supplies may provide personal information to law enforcement agencies or the Police.
Additionally, in the event that any dispute arises due to non-payment of invoices or a claim being made against us, we may share personal information with debt collection agencies, our legal representatives and our insurers.
To ensure compliance with HMRC and other government regulations we will retain certain data for up to 6 years, after which time it will be securely destroyed/deleted. Data will only be kept for the shortest time required to enable us to comply with UK law and regulation.

Keeping your data secure
All data stored electronically will be held on secure electronic records management systems, with the system being dependent upon the nature of the information. All hard-copy data held in paper format is securely stored in a locked office or storage facility monitored by CCTV.
Where you hold a password to access your account on our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. All passwords should be unique and you should not use the same password to access our website as you use for any other websites.
We aim to resolve directly all complaints in relation to the handling of your personal data, however if your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
